By accessing this website or receiving treatment at Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora is a dental healthcare provider offering a range of general, preventive, restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry services.

2. Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning

  • Individual Assessment: All treatments are subject to an individual clinical assessment.
  • Variability: Treatment recommendations, timelines, materials and costs may vary depending on each patient’s dental condition, medical history, oral health and clinical findings.
  • Personalised Quotes: A detailed treatment plan and quote will be provided prior to commencing treatment where applicable.

3. Nature of Dental Treatment & Outcomes

Dental treatment involves clinical judgement and biological processes that vary between individuals.

  • No Guarantees: While we aim to provide appropriate and high-quality dental care, clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results may depend on factors including individual healing response, oral hygiene, medical conditions and patient compliance.
  • Professional Advice: Information provided on this website is general in nature and does not replace individual professional advice. A clinical consultation and assessment may be required to determine suitability for treatment.

4. Implant & Surgical Procedures

Procedures such as dental implants, extractions, bone grafting and other surgical dental treatments involve surgical or invasive components.

IMPORTANT: Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.

  • Healing and integration times vary between patients.
  • Additional procedures may be required depending on individual clinical findings.
  • The suitability, timing and type of treatment recommended will be determined following clinical assessment.
  • Where applicable, final restorations or prostheses will be provided following appropriate clinical review and healing.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients play an important role in supporting the success and longevity of their dental treatment.

Patients are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and complete medical and dental history.
  • Informing the dental team of any changes to their health, medications or medical conditions.
  • Following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
  • Attending recommended review and maintenance appointments.
  • Maintaining appropriate oral hygiene and dental care.

Failure to follow clinical advice or recommended maintenance may adversely affect treatment outcomes.

6. Fees, Quotes & Payments

  • Treatment Fees: Fees are based on the individual treatment or treatment plan provided.
  • Additional Treatment: Costs may change where additional treatment becomes clinically necessary. Where reasonably possible, this will be discussed with the patient before additional treatment is undertaken.
  • Health Funds: Private health insurance rebates vary depending on the patient’s insurer, level of cover and available benefits. Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora cannot guarantee the amount that will be reimbursed by a private health insurer.
  • Third-Party Finance: Any payment or financing arrangements offered through third-party providers are subject to the provider’s own terms, conditions and approval criteria. Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora does not provide financial advice.

7. Superannuation Access

Patients may seek early access to superannuation on compassionate grounds for eligible dental treatment where permitted under applicable regulations.

  • Approval: Any application for early release of superannuation is assessed and determined by the relevant government authority.
  • Documentation: Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora may provide relevant clinical documentation where appropriate. Provision of documentation does not guarantee that an application will be approved.
  • Patients should obtain their own financial, legal or taxation advice regarding access to superannuation.

8. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure surgical, treatment or extended appointments.
  • Cancellations: Patients are requested to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit where applicable.

9. Privacy & Clinical Records

Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora maintains clinical records, which may include treatment notes, photographs, X-rays, scans and other relevant health information, in accordance with applicable Australian privacy and health record requirements.

Personal and health information is handled in accordance with Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora’s Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information contained on this website or from a patient’s failure to follow professional clinical advice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other

All promotional offers are subject to appointment availability, individual clinical suitability and assessment by the treating dental practitioner.

Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer unless otherwise stated. Additional treatment outside the inclusions of an offer will be quoted separately.

Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw promotional offers where permitted by law.

No Gap or $189 Check-up & Clean

Available to new patients only.

The offer includes:

  • Comprehensive dental examination
  • Professional clean
  • Two bitewing X-rays, if clinically required
  • Fluoride treatment

For patients with applicable private health insurance, eligible services may be provided on a no-gap basis, subject to the patient’s health fund, level of cover, available benefits and applicable item numbers.

For patients without applicable private health insurance benefits, the promotional fee is $189.

Any additional examination, X-rays, treatment or procedures considered clinically necessary outside the inclusions listed above are not included and will be discussed separately.

Complimentary Veneers Consultation

The complimentary veneers consultation includes:

  • Consultation
  • Comprehensive examination
  • X-rays, if clinically required
  • Discussion of treatment options
  • Treatment plan and associated costs

The complimentary consultation does not include veneers, preparatory dental treatment or any subsequent procedures.

Suitability for veneers can only be determined following assessment by the treating dental practitioner. Treatment recommendations and costs vary according to individual circumstances.

Complimentary Kids Check-up – CDBS

Eligible children may be able to access dental services through the Australian Government’s Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

Eligibility, available benefits, treatment limits and claiming requirements are determined under the CDBS and may change from time to time.

Parents or guardians should confirm their child’s current CDBS eligibility and available benefit balance.

Services provided under the CDBS are subject to applicable government requirements and the child’s remaining benefit entitlement. Treatment outside the available CDBS benefit may incur additional fees.

Complimentary Implant Consultation

The complimentary dental implant consultation includes:

  • Consultation
  • Comprehensive examination
  • X-rays and/or CBCT imaging, if clinically required
  • Discussion of possible treatment options
  • Treatment plan and associated costs

The complimentary consultation does not include dental implant placement, surgery, restorative treatment or any subsequent procedures.

Suitability for dental implants can only be determined following an individual clinical assessment. Additional procedures, including extractions or bone grafting, may be recommended depending on the patient’s clinical circumstances.
